Terms of Service

By creating a MatchXMatch account or using the MatchXMatch app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchXMatch.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law, and your account must not have been previously banned.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The information you provide (email, phone, age, etc.) must be accurate and current.
• You may have only one account.
• Accounts are personal — you may not sell, rent, or transfer your account.

While using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse any user.
• Send unsolicited sexual content or content involving minors. Sharing sexual content involving anyone under 18 is reported to authorities and results in immediate, permanent ban.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising, soliciting, or promoting external products or services, without our written consent.
• Collect or harvest data about other users, including by scraping or automated means.
• Doxx, leak, or share other users' personal information (real name, address, workplace, phone, social-media accounts) without their consent.
• Upload viruses, malware, or content designed to harm the Service or other users' devices.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or any technical controls.
• Use the Service to engage in illegal activity, hate speech, or incitement to violence.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice or refund.

You retain ownership of profile photos, bio text, messages, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., showing your profile to your matches, delivering your messages).

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights or any law.

We provide in-app tools to report and block users. We review reports and may, at our sole discretion, remove content or suspend / terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

We are not a law-enforcement agency and cannot guarantee the truthfulness or safety of any other user. Always use caution when interacting with strangers.

• The Service uses in-app "credits" and virtual cosmetic items. These are licensed for your personal use only and have no real-world monetary value.
• Credits and virtual items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law (such as a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection rules, if applicable to you and to the specific item).
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that platform's refund policy; we cannot process refunds for those purchases directly.
• We may modify credit pricing, item availability, or in-app economy at any time without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created risk for us or other users.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account on the account-deletion page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, code, illustrations, sounds, and other materials we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, OR TRUTHFULNESS OF OTHER USERS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MATCHXMATCH, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MatchXMatch and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the app. Your continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
