Delete your account
Three ways to do it
You can permanently delete your MatchXMatch account and all associated data. Pick one of the three methods below:
Method 1 — From the app (recommended)
- Open the MatchXMatch app and sign in to your account.
- From the home screen, go to your profile, then tap the Settings icon (top-right).
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm both prompts that appear.
Method 2 — Automated self-service
If you cannot access the app, enter the email registered to your account. We'll send you a confirmation link — clicking it deletes your account.
Method 3 — By email (fallback)
If the methods above don't work, email us from the address registered to your account:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: the username or email of the account to delete.
We will process your request within 30 days and notify you by email.
Data that will be deleted
- Your profile (username, bio, city, birthday, social links)
- All your photos
- All your matches and messages
- Your credits and credit history
- Your Q&A profile answers
- Your block list and report records
- Your authentication account
Data that is retained
- App crash and error logs — retained for diagnostic purposes with personal identifiers removed (anonymized).

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan, hesabınla kayıtlı e-posta adresini gir. Sana onay linki içeren bir mail göndereceğiz — linke tıklayınca hesabın silinir.
Yöntem 3 — E-posta ile (yardım gerekirse)
Yukarıdaki yöntemler işe yaramadıysa, hesabınla kayıtlı e-posta adresinden şu adrese mail at:
Konu: Hesap Silme Talebi
İçerik: silinmesini istediğin hesabın kullanıcı adı veya e-posta adresi.
Talebini 30 gün içinde işleme alıp seni e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.
Silinecek veriler
- Profilin (kullanıcı adı, biyografi, şehir, doğum tarihi, sosyal medya bağlantıları)
- Tüm fotoğrafların
- Tüm eşleşmelerin ve mesajların
- Kredilerin ve kredi geçmişin
- Soru-cevap profil yanıtların
- Engel listen ve şikâyet kayıtların
- Kimlik doğrulama hesabın
Tutulan veriler
- Uygulama çökme/hata kayıtları — kişisel kimliği kaldırılarak (anonimleştirilmiş olarak) tanılama amacıyla saklanır.

Elimina il tuo account
Tre modi per farlo
Puoi eliminare definitivamente il tuo account MatchXMatch e tutti i dati associati. Scegli uno dei tre metodi qui sotto:
Metodo 1 — Dall'app (consigliato)
- Apri l'app MatchXMatch e accedi al tuo account.
- Dalla home, vai al tuo profilo, poi tocca l'icona Impostazioni (in alto a destra).
- Scorri in fondo a Impostazioni e tocca Elimina il mio account.
- Conferma entrambi i prompt che appaiono.
Metodo 2 — Self-service automatico
Se non riesci ad accedere all'app, inserisci l'email registrata sul tuo account. Ti invieremo un link di conferma — cliccandolo elimini il tuo account.
Metodo 3 — Via email (di riserva)
Se i metodi precedenti non funzionano, scrivici dall'indirizzo registrato sul tuo account:
Oggetto: Richiesta di eliminazione account
Contenuto: nome utente o email dell'account da eliminare.
Elaboreremo la tua richiesta entro 30 giorni e ti informeremo via email.
Dati che verranno eliminati
- Il tuo profilo (nome utente, bio, città, data di nascita, link social)
- Tutte le tue foto
- Tutti i tuoi match e messaggi
- I tuoi credit e la cronologia dei credit
- Le tue risposte alle domande del profilo
- La lista bloccati e i record delle segnalazioni
- Il tuo account di autenticazione
Dati conservati
- Log di crash ed errori dell'app — conservati per scopi diagnostici con gli identificatori personali rimossi (anonimizzati).
